3 Over the Counter Wart Removal Treatments that Work

Not interested in using home remedies to get rid of your warts? Here are three wart  over the counter wart removal treatment products that you can buy over-the-counter from your local pharmacy and supermarkets.

Or if you’re like me and don’t really enjoy the journey to the local pharmacy, visit Amazon.com and have it delivered discretely to your front door in just a couple of days. Even better, you might save a few bucks buying from Amazon since it’s usually cheaper than the  local store.

1. Dr. Scholl’s Freeze Away

A cheaper alternative to paying a visit to the doctor’s office. Dr.Scholl’s Freeze Away uses a  mixture of dimethyl ether and propane to quickly freeze warts–causing the warts to break down. The packaging  claims that you can get rid of a wart in as little as one treatment. Based on various reviews, many people have been able to successfully treat their warts with Freeze Away.

2.  Salicylic Acid “Band-aids”
These are adhesive pads treated with salicylic acid. These are convenient and easy to apply. Apply by cleaning the area first, then just apply as you would a Band-aid (except you’ll be covering a wart instead of a wound). File down the dead skin with an emery board, or pumice stone. Repeat until the wart is gone.

3. Wart Remover Gel

Another salicylic acid treatment similar to the adhesive pads above. Except the acid comes in a tube and as a gel. Application is similar to the pads as well.

Nice read, I just passed this onto a colleague who was doing a little research on that. And he actually bought me lunch as I found it for him smile So let me rephrase that: Thanks for lunch! “They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.” by Carl W.
